This world is a confusing place. Either people have conjectures of other person’s feelings and it truly turns out to be wrong, or people don’t even consider to take a look at the dead moon inside a person’s eyes, or we all have lost ourselves so much in a sky that the clouds have invaded our eyes and mind and it’s a foggy picture of everything around.
It’s said, ‘We all have a story’. And it is so so damn true! So much so that maybe the person you knew since your birth, your mom, you might not even know till 17 years of age that your mother had a miscarriage before you had born or that your father was an employee and not a businessman. That your friend have had depression since two years. That your teacher had a divorce since the day she had started teaching the school. That your sibling had speaking problem till five years of age. That the person inside you is a dead stranger now.
Aren’t these beautiful stories? And the beautiful portions are that, very less knew about them and those who didn’t were flattered by the smile and now we know that eyes too lies.
So. Take a pen. Or your phone. And write your story. Be it a callous mind, be it a passionate dream but low personal expectations, be it a normal, boring, day of dead end schedules, a brain that has given up, a heart that has forgotten to give up.
Whatever it is, just write. It can be of one line even. I asked one of my friends to do so and my friend wrote his story:
‘The tiny sun in my eyes,
Is a liar in disguise.’
And that’s it. That explained it all. All of the falsity behind saying, ‘I am great’ and all of sadness behind saying, ‘My day was decent’.
The point is when you are done, you have written a story of your half lived life. Maybe one fourth, one fifth, lived. Who knows?
Share it to your closest and dearest one. And if you don’t have anyone to share that tiny or that huge story, drop it in the comment box below and I will reply!
The world is of so many people and from those millions even if we know the story of one, so many lies will be stopped and such a beautiful life will want to live again.
